Why is Nutrition important?

FOOD is the centre of our lives, we use it for socialising, nourishing, fuelling, and for pleasure/enjoyment. Many of us have forgotten these core focuses for eating good food. LB Nutrition exists to help you to find your WHY and your motivation for wanting to make changes. We can start small, and build habits that will help not only your physical wellbeing but also your mental and spiritual wellbeing- to make a healthier you.

Who is LB Nutrition?

With a Masters in Dietetics, I have always been passionate about eating well, feeling good and fueling well for my exercise and sports.
I have specific interests in mental health, sports nutrition and pregnancy/postpartum nutrition, and would love to help support you through this journey!
